Board of DirectorsThe affairs of Western Region Economic Development (WRED) is managed by its Board of Directors. The directors must be residents of the State of North Dakota and members of WRED. The Board of Directors shall not be less than fifteen nor more than twenty-three, and shall include no more than eleven ex-officio members. The ex-officio members of WRED have voting power at all meetings. WRED meets on the fourth Thursday January - October and the third Thursday November - December per Resolution 23-001 amended November 16, 2023. The WRED board has an executive officer that assists in carrying out the duties of the board as approved in the adoption of Resolution 19-002. The bylaws were last amended March 27, 2023. |
